    Despite the success of needle and syringe programs in slowing the spread of HIV among people who inject drugs (PWID), recent outbreaks of HIV in this population are of growing concern. Supervised consumption sites are another harm reduction tool that can be leveraged to increase the supply and use of sterile injection equipment, and their use has been found to be associated with decreased syringe sharing.

Join a community of compassion and empathy where you can support and be supported in healing from our individual and collective trauma.
